Our Honey!
We begin to collect honey on our farm late spring into mid summer. Spring honey is typically very light as the season progresses, honey gets darker.
You can find our honey at the Organic Butcher in McLean, Virginia in a variety of sizes.
Some of our hives have dense enough populations to make honey comb. We are also dabbling in the production of lip balms and candles since we have mountains of wax cappings after honey extractions.
